1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time and any changes will be posted on this page.
2. Use of the Website
This website exists to provide information about the driving tuition services offered by CP Driving. You agree not to use the site to violate any law, engage in fraudulent activity, infringe the rights of others, or distribute malware or other harmful content.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and graphics — is the property of CP Driving or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4. Booking and Payments
When booking lessons you must provide accurate and complete information. Payment is due in accordance with the payment terms agreed at the time of booking. Block bookings are paid in advance; pay-as-you-go lessons are paid at the start of each lesson unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. Block bookings are non-refundable once started, but unused hours can be rescheduled by agreement. The first-lesson guarantee — a full refund if the first lesson is not the right fit — is honoured without question.
6. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, no warranty is given as to its completeness or accuracy. CP Driving accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

This site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. CP Driving does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any third-party site.
